About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in HR processes and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Support payroll inputs and employee data management.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and employee communications.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational support activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, office maintenance, and utility services.
- Maintain office assets, stationery, and inventory records.
- Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and workplace discipline.
- Handle documentation, filing systems, and administrative reporting.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of HR operations and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR documentation processes.
- Professional attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Qualification Required
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and Administration.
- Freshers with strong communication and administrative skills may also apply.
- Experience in handling office operations and employee coordination will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhavnagar, Gujarat (Bhavnagar): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
