Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Explain company services and offers professionally
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain daily call records and CRM updates
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
Preferred Skills
- Hindi communication mandatory
- Basic English communication preferred
- Telecalling or customer handling experience is an advantage
