Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor – MEP to oversee on-site execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per drawings, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with teams to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day MEP installation work at site (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing).
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
Handle manpower planning and allocation at site.
Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain site documentation, reports, and checklists.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulations.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Civil or related field
Preferred Experience:
Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
Hands-on experience in MEP site execution
