Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads via upwork.
Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Schedule meetings and demos with prospects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handovers
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in IT service sales/business development preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
