Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage social media campaigns for our clients. If you're passionate about content, trends, and growing brands online, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate creative briefs with the design and video teams.
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage daily social media activities, including comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business goals and ensure timely content delivery.
- Assist in planning influencer collaborations, contests, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with performance marketing, branding, and creative teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media insights.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a marketing agency.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic design principles.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation.
- Understanding of content marketing, branding, and digital campaigns.
