Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and multitasking individual who can efficiently handle telecalling and support marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound telecalling to clients and prospects
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
- Assist in marketing activities and promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer data
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of marketing and customer handling
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
