Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tourism Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth bookings
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in travel/tourism sales or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
