Role Overview
SISYA CLASS is hiring a Maths Master Teacher to deliver high-quality, concept-driven learning for students (Grade 5–10). The role focuses on building strong fundamentals, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills aligned with IIT/JEE Foundation level.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics with strong focus on concepts, speed, and accuracy
- Handle IIT/JEE Foundation level content for school students
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes (online/offline)
- Prepare worksheets, tests, and practice materials
- Provide 1–1 doubt clarification and mentorship
- Track student performance and improve outcomes
- Support Olympiad and competitive exam preparation
Requirements
- Minimum 1–4 years teaching experience (Maths)
- Strong subject expertise (preferably IIT/NIT background or equivalent)
- Experience in JEE Foundation / Olympiad training is preferred
- Excellent explanation and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and classroom management
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech platforms or online teaching
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for school students
- Passion for concept-based teaching over rote learning
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,561.38 per month
