Role Overview:
We are looking for multiple profile for Talent Acquisition (AM/ Managers) to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across client mandates. The role requires ownership of hiring targets, quality closures, stakeholder management, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle multiple client requirements across various industries and functions.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Ensure timely closures while meeting monthly hiring and revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain strong client and candidate relationships to ensure an excellent hiring experience.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Achieve individual and team KPIs and closures.
Requirements:
3–5 years of recruitment experience in the recruitment/staffing industry.
Proven experience in end-to-end hiring across multiple domains and positions.
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.
Demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment targets, closures, and client SLAs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field.
Candidates from the recruitment industry are mandatory.
Preference for candidates based in Gurugram.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to delivering quality closures within defined timelines.
