Job Role: Email Support Executive (Freshers)
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join our team as Email Support Executives.
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
- Resolve customer queries through email support
- Maintain accurate communication records
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Good typing skills (32wpm)
