SCOOPWELL PVT LTD Brand: Scoopeat) is a growing clean-label food startup focused on healthy breakfast products. We are expanding our offline presence across local stores, cafés, gyms, and distributors in Uttarakhand.
Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and honest Operations Intern to manage offline store visits, product supply, invoicing, and payment collection. This is a field-based role involving outdoor work and direct interaction with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local retail stores, cafés, gyms & distributors
- Supply products and coordinate repeat orders
- Prepare and manage offline invoices
- Collect payments in cash or cheque
- Ensure same-day deposit of all cash and cheques at office/bank
- Send WhatsApp photo proof of cash & cheque received on the same day
- Maintain accurate records of supply, invoices, and payments
- Share daily work updates with the founder
- Represent the brand professionally during store visits
Mandatory Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate (any stream) – compulsory
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Comfortable with field work and travel
- Basic understanding of billing, cash handling & UPI
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible
- Local candidate from Uttarakhand preferred
Internship Duration
- Initial 1–3 months
- Extension based on performance and reliability

Important Note
- Intern must not hold cash or cheques overnight
- Any mismatch in cash, cheque, invoice, or stock will be the intern’s responsibility
- Payments and allowances will be released only after submission of required proofs
