Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of Classes VI–X in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board schools is preferred.
