Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer shall be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, monitoring, and quality control of canal and water resources infrastructure works including earthwork, lining, structures, distributaries, cross-drainage works, embankments, and associated civil activities. The role involves ensuring timely execution of works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Job Role:
- Verify levels, alignments, layouts, and measurements at site.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities related to canal works and associated civil structures.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Monitor progress of excavation, embankment, concrete lining, structures, and allied works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, survey teams, consultants, and client representatives.
- Prepare and verify measurement sheets and quantity calculations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material deployment at site.
- Track project schedules and identify delays/bottlenecks affecting progress.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources for timely completion
Exp Required: 03 to 06 years
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in irrigation, canal, dam, barrage, or water resource projects preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
