Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and follow-ups.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course features, fee structure, financing options, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct demo sessions or webinars when required.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure high conversion rates.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates until closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
