Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing private households or luxury hospitality operations and be capable of ensuring the smooth functioning of all household activities.
The House Manager will be responsible for supervising household staff, coordinating vendors and service providers, managing household budgets and inventories, and ensuring exceptional service standards while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the residence and ensure smooth household management.
- Supervise and manage household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, nannies, and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high service standards.
- Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and household requirements.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Plan and oversee guest visits, private events, and special occasions.
- Liaise with family members to understand and execute their preferences and requirements.
- Handle travel arrangements, household logistics, and administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
- Develop and implement household SOPs to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a House Manager, Residence Manager, Estate Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing luxury private residences, HNI/UHNI households, or premium hospitality operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary household teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic household administration.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience working with HNI/UHNI families or international clients.
- Background in luxury hospitality is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
