Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative who enjoys meeting business owners, understanding their challenges, demonstrating software, and closing deals. You will be responsible for acquiring new salon partners, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, Instagram, Google Maps, and local networking.
- Visit 8–12 salons per day.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of SalonQ.
- Understand salon owners' pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Maintain daily updates in CRM.
- Coordinate onboarding with the implementation team.
- Build relationships with salon owners for referrals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collect market intelligence about competitors and pricing.
- Represent SalonQ professionally during exhibitions and promotional events.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of sales experience.
- B2B software/SaaS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience selling to salons, retail, healthcare, or SMEs is an advantage.
- Strong communication in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable using smartphones, CRM applications, and Google Sheets.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience)
