Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, well-organized, and professional candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant / Office Receptionist at Hawk Hospitality Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office activities, managing calls and visitors, supporting office administration, coordinating internal communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Candidates with experience in Administration, Front Office, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Office Coordination will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception Management
- Welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area management.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and appointments.
- Ensure proper communication between departments and management.
Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Support HR and Accounts departments with administrative tasks.
- Handle courier coordination, office supplies, and stationery management.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.
Customer & Client Coordination
- Respond to customer and business partner inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with hotel units and operational teams when required.
- Maintain proper follow-up and communication records.
- Support management in handling guest and client requirements.
Office Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office and administrative activities.
- Maintain office cleanliness and professional environment standards.
- Support management with scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in Reception, Administration, Front Office, Hospitality, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
