SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE /POSITION
To lead Costing function effectively. Aspects of Business Controlling, Automation, Transformation from Estimation to Controlling will be missed in absence of this role.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Primary Responsibilities :
RFQ Analysis, Material Cost Analysis, MSR, Plant Expenses, Overhead analysis, Inventory Optimization, Sector wise Profitability, Standard Cost for popular pump models, AOP & LE preparation, SOPs or Guidelines for Costing Processes.
Identifying the reasons for Over / Under absorption and submitting inputs to improve.
Preparation of report on Production performance vis-à-vis Plant Exps
Calculate & review Cost of Quality and taking measures to improve the same
To work jointly with Purchase and Engineering team to improve the product cost
Support to Sales & Marketing team to facilitate RFQs
Developing and strengthening cost controlling function
To complete the Cost Audit, support Internal Audit and Statutory Audit within defined time frame
Monitoring standard costing in SAP
Capital Expenditure Management
Interaction with Plant on - Plant Expenses, CAPEX, Absorption, Sales Orders execution for desired profitability
COPA, Automation, Work Center wise processing cost. Costing through Cost Masters Costing Tool.
Secondary Responsibilities
Competitor Business Analysis, Cross functional discussions with Plant and Sector Head on Business Status, Sectoral Profitability Analysis. Training to Team and Other Members on trends & developments in Costing and Controlling, Exploration of Automation in processes, system set up to cater Company’s long run objectives. preparation & assessment. Support on TPM data.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
