Job Opening – Architect / Architectural Designer & Project Coordinator

Globalpluz is seeking a talented and motivated Architect / Architectural Designer & Project Coordinator to join our team at our Choondal office. We are looking for a professional who can contribute to architectural design, project planning, 3D visualization, technical drawings, and site coordination activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, excellent software skills, and the ability to coordinate projects from concept development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural planning and design development for residential, commercial, and interior projects
- Preparation of concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings
- Development of 2D and 3D architectural presentations
- Preparation of construction drawings and technical documentation
- Creation of realistic 3D renderings and visual presentations
- Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Site visits, measurements, inspections, and project monitoring
- Assisting in project execution and resolving site-related design issues
- Preparation of BOQs, material schedules, and project documentation where required
- Ensuring designs comply with applicable standards and project requirements
- Coordinating between office and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
Required Skills
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp
- Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or equivalent
- Ability to prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings
- Strong design visualization and presentation skills
- Good understanding of building construction, materials, and project execution
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) preferred
OR
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Draftsmanship, or related field with relevant experience
Experience
- Experienced candidates preferred
- Talented fresh graduates with strong software skills and design aptitude may also apply
