Sr. Customer Support (Inbound Voice)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in BPO Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory)
Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi
Shift: Night Shift (Monday–Friday)
Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
Education: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service
- Meet individual performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity targets
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a BPO Inbound Voice Process
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
