1. Job Purpose
To support the design, development, detailing and execution of landscape and hardscape projects using precast concrete products, including pavers, kerbs, drains, boundary walls, benches, planters, bollards, tiles, slabs, façade elements and other architectural precast products.
The role will bridge design, product application, estimation and site execution, ensuring that precast products are appropriately integrated into landscape and infrastructure projects.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Landscape & Hardscape Design
- Prepare landscape layouts, site development plans and hardscape concepts.
- Develop designs using precast pavers, kerbs, drains, boundary walls, planters, benches, tiles, slabs and other precast products.
- Prepare paving patterns, pathways, plazas, parking areas, walkways and external development layouts.
- Develop softscape and hardscape coordination drawings.
- Prepare levels, slopes, drainage and surface-fall layouts.
- Assist in selecting suitable materials, textures, colours, patterns and finishes.
B. Precast Product Application
- Understand the dimensions, specifications, finishes and applications of company precast products.
- Develop standard and customized product applications for landscape and external development projects.
- Prepare product installation details and typical construction details.
- Suggest design modifications to improve product utilization, aesthetics and ease of installation.
- Coordinate with the precast production team for feasibility of customized designs.
- Identify opportunities for new precast products based on market and project requirements.
C. Working Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, sections, elevations and construction details.
- Prepare GFC drawings and product installation details.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off and material schedules.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions and project documentation.
- Prepare presentation drawings, product catalogues, technical sheets and client proposals.
D. 3D Visualization
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations of landscape and hardscape applications.
- Develop realistic layouts showing the use of company precast products.
- Prepare concept presentations for clients, consultants and the marketing team.
- Create product/application presentations for sales and business development.
E. Site Coordination
- Conduct site visits and take measurements.
- Understand existing site levels, access, drainage and ground conditions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and installation teams.
- Check execution against approved drawings and design intent.
- Identify drawing/site discrepancies and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare site reports, measurement records and as-built drawings where required.
F. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Estimation and Project teams.
- Provide technical inputs to the Sales & Marketing team for client presentations.
- Support the estimation team with quantities and product requirements.
- Coordinate customized product requirements with the Precast Production team.
- Ensure that proposed designs are technically feasible, commercially practical and suitable for mass production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
