Business Development Manager

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our student outreach activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in conducting seminars, webinars, educational events, and generating quality student leads for admissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct career guidance seminars and awareness programs in schools, colleges, and public forums.
* Organize webinars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
* Generate and maintain a strong database of prospective students.
* Collect and nurture leads through educational events and campaigns.
* Build relationships with students, parents, and educational communities.
* Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure effective lead conversion.
* Identify new opportunities for student outreach and brand promotion.
* Represent True Visory Academy at educational events and exhibitions.
* Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong public speaking and networking abilities.
* Ability to travel and conduct seminars across Kerala.
* Experience in business development, marketing, or educational counselling is preferred.
* Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence may also apply.
Salary plus attractive incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
