We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. If you have experience in B2B technology sales and enjoy building customer relationships, generating new business, and closing opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, and channel partners.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Promote ICT Distribution's cybersecurity, networking, cloud, virtualization, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing requests while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Qualify customer requirements and identify appropriate technology solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, renewals, licensing opportunities, and ongoing projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM.
- Coordinate with vendors, presales, finance, and operations to ensure timely customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales Development, Telesales, or Account Management.
- Experience selling IT, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, virtualization, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience working with B2B customers, channel partners, or resellers is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong lead generation and opportunity qualification skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
