Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join our real estate team. The role involves creating engaging content for Instagram, Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms to promote properties and grow our brand online.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, videos, and property tours.
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of properties.
- Create engaging social media content and captions.
- Follow current Instagram/Reels trends and create trend-based content.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote property listings.
- Help increase engagement, reach, and leads through creative content.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Instagram and social media trends.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Creative mindset and good communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Interest in real estate and marketing is a plus.
- Freshers with good content-creation skills are welcome.
