About the Role
QSURA India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in HR or Recruitment will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Willingness to work from the office in Noida.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
