Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Office Maintenance: Cleaning and dusting desks, chairs, electronic equipment (computers/printers), windows, and, if needed, common areas or kitchens.
- Administrative Support: Delivering files, documents, and letters within the office or to external locations (banks, post offices).
- Refreshments: Serving water, tea, coffee, and snacks to employees and visitors.
- Operational Assistance: Setting up meeting rooms, photocopying, scanning, and assisting with basic stationery restocking.
- Closing Procedures: Ensuring all office equipment is turned off, lights are off, and doors/windows are locked at the end of the day.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Generally requires a 10th-pass certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is often preferred, though not always required.
- Skills: Basic understanding of office etiquette, ability to handle electronic office equipment, and, in some cases, basic local language literacy.
- Attributes: Punctual, reliable, physically fit to handle manual tasks, and possesses a polite demeanor.
Working Conditions:
- This is typically a full-time, on-site, and permanent position.
- Requires active movement within and outside the office premises.
