Job Summary
ICA Edu Skills, in academic alliance with Sister Nivedita University, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professor – Digital Marketing to deliver industry-relevant education and practical training to students. The candidate will be responsible for teaching core digital marketing concepts, mentoring students, and bridging academic learning with real-world industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on Digital Marketing topics.
- Teach subjects including:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM / PPC
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Web Analytics
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Marketing Automation
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on training using industry tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Mentor students on projects, internships, and career development.
- Track student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
- Support curriculum enhancement aligned with industry requirements.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic events, and institutional initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Practical knowledge of campaign execution and analytics
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities
- Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts for students

- Prior teaching/training experience preferred
