Job Title: Sales Intern – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Intern to assist our real estate sales team. The intern will be responsible for interacting with prospective clients, following up on leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing leads.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with clients regarding property inquiries and site visit feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling.
- Assist in achieving weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Provide clients with basic information about projects, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Support other sales and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Working Days & Schedule:
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
- Work From Home: Tuesday
- Work From Office: Wednesday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Monday
- Please Note: Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory working days due to business requirements.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
