Position: General Dentist
Location: KALGIDHAR Dental Clinic (Charitable Clinic), sec 82A , vatika india next, gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling, and preventive care.
2. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
3. Maintain patient records and ensure adherence to clinic policies.
4. Work in a compassionate, empathetic manner with a focus on serving underprivileged communities.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in community outreach programs organized by the clinic.
Requirements:
1. Education: BDS degree from a recognized institution with a valid dental license.
2. Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in performing basic dental procedures.
- Good communication skills with fluency in spoken English.
- Strong patient-management abilities and a friendly demeanor.
- Presentable, professional appearance suitable for a charitable healthcare setting.
4. Commitment to providing quality care with a focus on service over profit.
Preferred Attributes:
1. Experience working in a charitable or community-oriented environment is a plus.
2. Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinic environment and handle a variety of cases.
Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience and skills.
