Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance: Maintain and monitor hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance.

Technical Support: Provide assistance to staff with IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware/software problems.

Network Administration: Oversee network security, upgrades, and backups to protect organizational data.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for procurement and maintenance.

Project Management: Implement and support IT projects aligned with business goals.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, licenses, and user manuals.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of IT systems (hardware, software, networks).

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.

Communication and teamwork abilities.

Project management experience is a plus.
Qualifications
