Responsibilities:
- Keep the office, pantry, and common areas clean and tidy.
- Set up and clean meeting rooms before and after use.
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and handle waste disposal.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages to employees and guests.
- Monitor pantry supplies and restock when needed.
- Keep the pantry area clean and organized.
- Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
- Deliver documents within the office and externally.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, printing paper, etc.) are stocked.
- Assist in setting up office equipment like projectors, printers, etc.
- Run errands (banking, purchasing supplies, paying bills).
- Assist staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and carrying supplies.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
