Job Summary
Dermatoch is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Executive to support the development and launch of new skincare and personal care products. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth execution of product development activities from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end new product development activities.
Work closely with R&D, procurement, packaging, and marketing teams.
Manage product documentation, specifications, and approvals.
Coordinate with third-party manufacturers and raw material vendors.
Track product development timelines and ensure timely execution.
Conduct market and competitor research for new product ideas.
Assist in packaging development and artwork coordination.
Maintain product samples, testing reports, and regulatory documents.
Support product launch planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of product development processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team collaboration and follow-up abilities.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in cosmetic/skincare product development will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of packaging materials and vendor coordination preferred.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
