Job Responsibilities – Executive Assistant to the Director
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Director.
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules with priority alignment.
Act as a key liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and coordinate confidential correspondence, presentations, reports, and board documents.
Organize and manage board meetings, leadership meetings, and strategic reviews, including agendas and minutes.
Track action points, follow-ups, and deadlines arising from Director-level meetings.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.
Assist in preparing MIS, dashboards, and management reports for decision-making.
Support strategic initiatives by coordinating with departments and monitoring execution status.
Manage documentation, records, and compliance-related files for the Director’s office.
Represent the Director’s office in professional communication when required.
Support event planning, investor meetings, audits, and senior management engagements.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational leadership and governance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
