We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client travel requirements, preparing customized itineraries, and converting inquiries into bookings while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Design customized domestic and international tour itineraries.
- Generate sales through lead follow-ups and customer relationship management.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, visa requirements, travel policies, and package inclusions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to create travel itineraries and holiday packages.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
