About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to manage Partner Onboarding for PEC (Plumbing, Electrical & Carpentry) and Pest Control categories. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, verifying, and managing service partners to build a strong and reliable network.
Key Responsibilities:Partner Onboarding:
- Identify and connect with potential Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, and Pest Control service partners.
- Conduct field visits and market research to acquire qualified partners.
- Explain company policies, commission structure, service processes, and operational guidelines.
- Complete partner registration and onboarding formalities.
- Collect and verify all required documents from partners.
- Ensure partner profiles are created and updated in the system.
- Assist partners throughout the onboarding process.
Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a strong network of service professionals and agencies.
- Develop long-term relationships with partners.
- Act as a point of contact for partner queries and support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain engagement and service quality.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner activation.
- Maintain onboarding records and daily activity reports.
- Track onboarding targets and partner performance metrics.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to conduct field visits and partner meetings.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Experience in partner onboarding, business development, field sales, or vendor management preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
