1.Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various channels (calls, references, digital platforms).
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property presentations for clients.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
2.Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream).
Prior experience in real estate or sales (mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
