Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers.
Handle phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Book and manage appointments.
Maintain customer records and billing.
Coordinate with therapists and staff.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an advantage).
Basic mobile/computer knowledge.
