Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive – Marketing & Sales to promote and expand its HVAC Ducting and Air Distribution Products business. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, project follow-up, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the HVAC and MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC ducting and air distribution products.
- Meet HVAC contractors, MEP consultants, builders, architects, PMC firms, and industrial clients.
- Identify upcoming HVAC and MEP projects through market research and networking.
- Prepare and submit quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments for timely support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing Activities
- Promote company products through presentations and product demonstrations.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and HVAC industry events.
- Maintain customer and project databases.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project execution teams.
- Track project progress, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on payment collections and outstanding receivables.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in HVAC Ducting, Air Distribution Products, Ventilation Systems, HVAC Equipment, MEP, or Industrial Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in HVAC sales may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC ducting systems and air distribution products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\
- Ability to understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.\
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
