Job Title: - Inside Sales Specialist – Cybersecurity
Location - Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)
Employmen - Type Full-Time
Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science,
MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
Experience Mandatory: - Minimum 5 years of overall B2B technology sales experience. Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity sales experience.
Salary & Benefits - Annual CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 (based on experience and capability)
Key Responsibilities -
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, digital channels, and market research.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule discovery meetings and technical discussions with prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Compliance Officers, and business decision-makers.
Sales Pipeline Management-
- Manage opportunities from lead qualification through closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and pipeline reviews.
Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Support-
- Understand client business challenges, cybersecurity risks, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct initial requirement gathering and qualification discussions.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to develop tailored solutions.
- Support proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Participate in client presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops.
