8–12 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with 5+ years in Power Platform development.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
Knowledge of Power BI integration and reporting.
Experience with JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Custom Connectors.
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
Understanding of security roles, data policies, and governance in Power Platform.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
