Role Description : This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, combining on-site client engagement with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will manage and follow-up with day-to-day clients and understand their needs and nurture them for bookings and visits through tele-calling . As well as identifying new business opportunities, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and following up diligently on leads and inquiries.
The role involves negotiating terms, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, participate in sales reviews, and contribute to strategies that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
//Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and account management.
//Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and retail partners.
//Solid organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
//Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to track activities and report performance.
//Prior experience in skincare, dermatology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales is highly beneficial.
//Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
//Comfort with a hybrid work model, including regular on-site client visits in New Delhi and remote work as required.
//Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
