Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Profitability
- Revenue Generation: Plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly business activities to achieve targeted sales quotas.
- P&L Management: Exercise total operational and financial control, manage store expenses, and drive profitability.
- Performance Tracking: Review individual promoter performance via corporate metrics and conduct daily or weekly staff meetings. [1, 2, 3]
2. Staff Leadership & Development
- Team Management: Interview, hire, train, and motivate sales promoters to deliver excellent customer service.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage manpower deployment and shift scheduling to ensure adequate floor coverage.

3. Inventory & Store Operations
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, handle vendor replenishments, and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, including cash handling, security protocols, and statutory compliance.
