Job Title: CRM & Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily sales operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring timely communication with clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
Follow up with clients on pending orders and inquiries.
Prepare sales performance reports and presentations for management.
Support the team in scheduling meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as invoicing and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales support or coordination is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales environment.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
