What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals. Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
Content Creation & Curation:
Craft compelling content for social media posts, stories, and ads that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content (images, videos, gifs).
Community Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with our online community. Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, creating positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
Brand Voice & Tone:
Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all platforms. Ensure all content reflects the brand’s personality and values, while keeping content fresh, relevant, and exciting.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
Monitor key social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, conversions) using social media tools and analytics platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, optimizing strategies for better performance.
Paid Social Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, increase conversions, and promote key products or services. Measure and report on ROI.
Trendspotting & Competitor Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Keep an eye on competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and creative ideas.
Collaborations & Partnerships:
Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external partners to expand the brand’s reach and visibility. Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution.
Crisis Management:
Proactively identify potential social media issues or PR crises and work closely with the PR and management teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
2+ years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
Social Media Savvy:
Expert understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), including the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Content Creation:
Proficient in creating engaging content (copywriting, visual assets, videos). Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
Analytics & Reporting:
Strong ability to analyze social media data using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics. Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Ability to engage with followers in a professional, friendly, and authentic manner.
Creativity & Innovation:
Highly creative with an ability to think outside the box and come up with fresh, exciting content ideas. Passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing and social media.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to deadlines and details.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
