- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages to the supervisor. Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, coffee station, and workspaces.
- Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
