Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Vellore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch revenue, managing sales activities, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete sales operations of the branch
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by the organization
- Handle client inquiries, consultations, and sales closures
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and networking
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and inquiries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for seamless project execution
- Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and branch performance
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards

Experience
