Trieyez is an AI-powered creative advertising and film production company specializing in AI commercials, CGI, and digital campaigns. Effort is our outdoor advertising division, executing large-scale OOH media projects across India.
We are looking for a highly competent Chartered Accountant who will take complete ownership of the finance and accounting functions of both companies. This is a leadership role where you will be the sole finance professional, responsible for managing the entire finance ecosystem independently.
Your Role
As the only Chartered Accountant within the organization, you will oversee every aspect of accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, reporting, financial planning, and financial controls for both companies.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and build efficient financial systems while ensuring complete statutory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Maintain complete books of accounts for both companies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Expense monitoring and cost control.
- Fixed asset accounting.
- Budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
Taxation & Compliance
- GST registration, filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
- Income Tax compliance and coordination for return filing.
- ROC filings and statutory compliance.
- Audit preparation and coordination with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payroll & Administration
- Payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Employee reimbursements and salary accounting.
- PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances (where applicable).
Commercial Operations
- Client invoicing and billing.
- Vendor onboarding and payment processing.
- Contract payment tracking.
- Credit control and collections follow-up.
- Financial documentation and record management.
Strategic Finance
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Advise management on financial planning and business decisions.
- Prepare profitability analysis for projects and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
- Support management with financial insights for business growth.
Mandatory Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 3–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance.
- Expert-level proficiency in TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in independently managing end-to-end finance operations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
