Job Responsibilities
- Call prospective leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding beauty, makeup, cosmetology, hair, nail, and wellness courses.
- Generate walk-ins by scheduling appointments and following up with prospective students.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course benefits and career opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update and maintain enquiry records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and admission campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance the institute's reputation.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
