Job Summary
ABC Trainings & IT Solutions is hiring Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students, manage enquiries, and support the complete admission process. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- BE/B.Tech graduates will be preferred.
- B.Com, BBA, MBA, BE, B.Tech, and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in Admission Counselling, Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Client Handling will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
