Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in designing, developing, and executing architectural projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and project teams to prepare drawings and support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and layouts.
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and presentations.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other project teams.
- Visit project sites to understand site conditions and monitor work progress.
- Prepare working drawings and construction details as required.
- Make revisions based on client and senior architect feedback.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and meet project requirements.
- Assist in material selection, measurements, and project documentation.
- Maintain proper records of drawings and project files.
Requirements
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- 2-4 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
